At TudungPeople Netherlands we offer both in-stock items and those available for pre-order.

For Pre-Orders: Explore our exclusive collections at TP official website www.tudungpeople.com and send us your pre-order request through our online contact form. After pre-order confirmation you'll receive a payment request from us
3. What if my pre-order is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock at our headquarters after your payment is processed, we will issue a full refund. You will be notified as soon as we have confirmation regarding the stock status.
4. Why are the prices different from those offered by TudungPeople Malaysia?
The prices listed by TP Malaysia do not include VAT or shipping/customs fees, which will be added during checkout. *Note: you save more on shipment through us!
5. What are the shippingcosts?
NL: free shipping for orders above €80,- Standard shipping rates are €6,95

6. What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
For in-stock items: delivery within 1-3 business days.
For pre-order: delivery within 2-3 weeks after pre-order request.
